Orders
You will receive an email confirmation after you order– please contact us if you do not receive this within 24 hours after placing your order.
If you would like to amend an order after placing then please contact us as soon as possible, but please note that orders cannot be outright cancelled after placing.
Terms of Delivery
Every IAZ item is hand-produced in Spain and this is where we ship our products from.
We send out our products every Tuesday which helps cut down on emissions. Each Tuesday shipping batch consists of TEN separate items.
Your order will be added to the next available shipping batch - this is due to the hand-crafted nature of each embroidery which we only make after you’ve placed your order. Therefore your order can take between 3 - 15 working days to be added to the next available Tuesday shipping batch.
Once in the Tuesday shipping batch you will receive an email letting you know the item is on its way. Items should arrive between 24 – 72 hours for deliveries to Spain and Portugal, while deliveries to the rest of Europe will be between 3-7 days.

We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible but as each IAZ t-shirt is hand embroidered, and we are committed to low emission practices for our deliveries, please allow for some time as we get busy sewing.
Procedure for Return
Every IAZ product is quality controlled before sending and we do not anticipate any problems but if there is an issue and you would like to return the item then please read the following information.
We only allow refunds or exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged.
If you would to request a return please contact us here putting ´return´into the subject title no later than 14 working days from the date that you received the product. Please let us know the order number and reason for return.
The item must be sent back in the original condition with all corresponding information and packaging. This needs to be sent by authorised courier service or local post to the address we will provide to you. You must keep a record of the payment made for this as the cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility however if the product is deemed to qualify for a return then this cost will subsequently be covered by IAZ. Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
Shipping
Orders above 84 EUR are eligible for free shipment only for European destinations.
For deliveries outside the Spanish Península there may be administrative and / or customs fees applied by the carrier which will be paid for by the customer in certain circumstances. Below is an estimate for the shipment details (price and time) for ordering one T-shirt. Please be aware that price and timings may differ due to certain variables such as parcel weight and you should always check the final shipping cost during your order process.
